TIM MULLINS

Born and raised in a small town in Central Illinois, far from the hustle and bustle of the typical urban center, I graduated from Southern Illinois University with a degree in Business, with a background in Interior Design and Architecture. After a few years in Kansas City, Missouri, I decided to make my move to Atlanta.

Arriving in Atlanta in 1991, I quickly realized that this magnificent city would be my permanent home. Prior to real estate, I was in the fitness industry and owned and operated several fitness facilities here in the city. After selling my businesses, I spent several years working for the fitness giant, LA Fitness, establishing and positioning their national brand in the Atlanta market.

In 2001 I entered the real estate business, becoming a licensed Realtor. Having lived in the city for 17 years now, I know the Atlanta and the in town housing market from all angles. Working with people is my passion. Establishing lasting relationships and discovering what you want and need in a new home is the hallmark of my business philosophy.
